Welcome to 2025
We’re entering a year that, for many of us, has been shrouded in nerve-wracking uncertainty. And for some, even dread. Yet we are here – more than a week into 2025 – and our work continues. Thankfully, 350 Sacramento is not only standing strong, we are gaining momentum.
Kickoff Event
The January 5th potluck had a great turnout, bringing together 44 climate justice advocates (both established and new). Together, we enjoyed good food, presentations, storytelling, and friendly discussions. The purpose of this event was to create a positive space where we could all remember what it is we are fighting for: a beautiful, joyful, peaceful world. It was a 2-hour respite from the exhaustive work of 2024, and a deep breath before taking on the new forces and challenges of 2025.
