Update on AB345

We are sad to report that AB 345, a bill to establish health-and-safety buffer zones between dirty oil and gas drilling and sensitive sites like homes and school, did not make it out of Committee thanks to the overwhelming power of the fossil fuel industry in our state. Thank you to everyone who made calls to support this bill. We’ve made progress and will get it done next year!
