American Solar Energy Society has declared October 2 as Solar Energy Day! To celebrate, Solar Cookers International and 350 Sacramento have teamed up to demonstrate the following:
- Solar oven cooking
- Tesla roof energy collection and storage
- Drought tolerant landscaping
Come show your support for solar energy on Saturday, 10/2 @ 12 PM! The event will be held at Steve's place: 1999 13th Ave, Sacramento, CA 95818. City Councilmember Katie Valenzuela and the Land Park News will also be covering the event.
